Q. Is there a cost associated with the conference?
A. There is no registration fee associated with the physician curriculum of the ONE Clinic. The neuroscience nursing education curriculum is associated with a fee as we do offer CMEs. To find out more about this curriculum please click HERE to be redirected to the nursing page.
Are CME credits available?
A. The course has a dual focus for neurosurgery resident education and neuroscience nursing education, we currently do not offer CME Credits for the residency-focused agenda. We do however offer CEUs for those attending the Ozarks Neuroscience Nursing Education Clinic. The current amount of CEU Credits is unknown. Once this information is available it will be updated on the nursing page.

How do I make changes to my registration information?
A. All attendees are required to complete the online registration form. If a change in your registration is required please contact us at oneclinic@outlook.com to make changes to the ONNE registration please email ONE-Nurses@CoxHealth.com.
Who is welcome at the ONE Clinic Dinners?
A. We welcome all physicians and their significant others to join us for dinner each night. If dinner is not located at Big Cedar Lodge, we will be providing ground transportation for that event. The dinner held Friday, August 18th, 2023 is for sponsors according to their level of involvement, as well as our physician faculty/attendees, however, the dinners held on Thursday, August 17th, 2023, and Saturday, August 19th, 2023 are exclusive events for our physician attendees and the top-level sponsors. Are children welcome at the conference?
A. You are welcome to bring children to Big Cedar, however they are not allowed at the conference, events, or dinners per our Covid-19 policy. If you need special accommodations for your family, please notify us at oneclinic@outlook.com. For onsite assistance, please contact Courtney Munday at 417-339-5056.

A. Big Cedar provides Kid’s Adventure Club for fun-filled afternoons, for children ages 4-12. For children under the age of 4, additional accommodations can be made directly with Big Cedar. To find out more information, call Big Cedar directly at 1-800-225-6343 or 417-335-2777.

What are the physician activities?
A. The physicians of SNSI are pleased to provide our visiting residents and faculty with outdoor activities to enhance their time in the Ozarks. Thursday, August 17th, 2023, weather permitting, we will go out on the lake and enjoy the beauty of the Ozarks. Saturday, August 19th, we offer golfing or fishing. These activities are not paid for by corporate funds nor are they open to all attendees or children. If you have any questions about these activities, please contact us at oneclinic@outlook.com.
How are you prepared to handle Covid-19?
