The Ozarks Neuroscience Education (ONE) Clinics is a three-day course dedicated to neuroscience education with concurrent agendas focused on physicians and nurses. The ONE Clinics offer a unique opportunity for attendees to advance their education by combining interactive lectures with intense cadaveric training module in a state-of-the-art lab.
The ONE clinics physician program offers an exciting opportunity for neurosurgery residents and fellows to receive valuable insight into both surgical techiques as well as practice management topics.
Included in the three day course is a cadaver lab offering hands-on experience for the residents to improve surgical skills in cranial and spinal pathology under the guidance of experienced physicians.
The practice management day exposes residents to the business side of a medical practice. Business topics that are presented during this portion of the course are typically unexposed to residents in medical school making this segment very informative and valuable.
The ONE Clinics nursing program provides an exciting opportunity for neuroscience nurses to receive valuable insight into the care of surgical and non-surgical patients with disorders involving the brain, spine, and peripheral nervous system.
A day dedicated to neurology exposes nurses to the non-surgical side of neuroscience. This is a rare occurrence where all aspects of neuroscience are intertwined.
We are pleased to be able to offer a robust curriculum of neuroscience with instruction from experienced nurses, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and physicians.
